Serving Middle and High School Students
CMN mentors teach middle and high school students about the benefits of pursuing a business education. The speaker’s series comprised of young professionals across the accounting and financial services industry provides real life experiences, answers to student’s questions and one-on-one mentoring.
Serving Undergraduate Students
For undergraduate students, our mentor educate students during the early and late stages of their undergraduate education about the benefits of a becoming certified in their chosen profession. The 1:3:5 strategies are so named because we take a long-term view of 1, 3 and 5 years toward assisting students attain their professional certification. It is divided into three phases: (Year 1) general knowledge, (Year 3) specific knowledge, and (Year 5) exam testing and professional certification.
Serving Young Professionals
CMN instructs young professionals on how to attain professional certification through exposure to certified professionals. Currently, there are numerous avenues for young professionals inside and outside of work to listen to, meet with and learn from peers and supervisors. CMN mentors tap those networks and encourage young professionals to become certified now. Our mentors also serve as an additional resource for young professionals and organizations in need of specific assistance or knowledge.
